Is that your face, or your voice?
If an AvaClone avatar uses your likeness or voice without your permission, tell us here. We acknowledge within one business day and remove verified content within 48 hours. You do not need an account.
What we need. Where you saw it (a web address or a description of the place), enough to identify you as the person depicted, and a statement that you did not consent. We may ask for one piece of identification to verify the report; it is used for that and then deleted.
What happens. The avatar is taken offline while we check. If the customer cannot show a valid release, it is deleted along with its source images, and the customer is told why. Repeat offenders lose their account.
Intimate images. Reports of sexual or intimate content depicting you are handled first and removed within 48 hours as the TAKE IT DOWN Act requires.
