- Annual billing is two months free. Unused minutes expire at the end of the month.
- Extra minutes are billed at month end, under a spending cap you set (default: twice the plan price).
- “Live at once” is how many conversations can run at the same moment. The visitor past your cap still sees the avatar’s idle loop and hears the voice.
- Your visitors never pay anything and never see a price. Their conversations use your minutes.
