For when the face is the product.
Standard avatars are the default on every plan and look right in a chat panel. Premium Avatars run on our larger engine for finer detail that holds up full-screen: kiosks, video walls, reception screens, a hero section.

engine
Finer detail
The Premium engine is the larger of our two face models, with a higher-fidelity decoder. Skin, hair and fabric hold more detail, which is what you notice when the face is large on screen.
agent
The same everything else
Same voices, same knowledge, same camera, same widget, same API. A Premium avatar is one of your plan’s avatars, and you can switch any avatar between Standard and Premium with a free rebuild.
price
Counts twice
Each minute a Premium avatar is on screen uses two minutes of your plan, because it runs on more GPU. Available on every plan, including the trial. See the pricing page.
Where Premium earns its minutes.
Reception and kiosks
A face at arm’s length on a 27-inch screen, all day, greeting people by what they ask, not who they are.
Video walls and events
The avatar as the display, not a panel on it. Detail that survives a large screen and a close look.
Hero sections
The inline embed in your page’s hero, large, before the visitor opens a conversation.
